PNG get a result from a towering bomb from Kyle Laybutt! Wapi tries to power across but is held up well by the Samoan defense.

They can't find a way through as a forward pass cuts the raid short. Samoa will work it out from their own 10 metre line.

The Kumuls swung it both ways trying to find a gap but the Samoan side held firm. They do get a repeat set though.

It is only some slight relief though, as the Kumuls hand it right back. Samoa can go for the kill with this set.

Gebbie is having a terrible night under the high ball. Milford with another rainmaker bomb is fumbled by the fullback but he gets relief when Martin Taupau was offside.

Chanel Harris-Tavita takes the kicking duties this time, shoots through a low grubber and Gebbie is again forced to retreat. Dropout.

PENALTY SAMOA! Isaako gets himself a whistle now. The fullback makes a strong carry which has him held down for too long.

PENALTY PNG! Now they are parachuted from their own end with a cheap penalty. Segeyaro taps quickly.

Now Gebbie is forced to touch down. Milford weighted the early kick well and the fullback had no opportunity to bring it out.

Welcome to the second part of our International double-header! PNG take on Samoa as both sides look to entertain their opponents in a packed crowd at Leichhardt Oval. The big news is Martin Taupau switching allegiences from NZ to Samoa as the Kumuls look to bring the pain again.
