Wests Tigers have just one change from Tuesday's named side, with Michael Chee-Kam replacing Luke Garner on the bench.

Penrith have a raft of changes as follows:

• Waqa Blake (centre, disciplinary), Hame Sele (lock, back injury) and Frank Winterstein (second row, omitted) are out.
• Tyrell Fuimaono replaces Blake at centre.
• Viliame Kikau is cleared to play, replacing Winterstein in the back row.
• Kaide Ellis comes in at lock for Sele.
• Jarome Luai joins the bench to fill the spot vacated by Fuimaono.
