Hailing from St George and the Illawarra, Dragons have a long history in the F7s and were actually one of the foundation clubs in 2002. Following their sudden departure in 2003, the Dragons are back in 2008 and have put together a powerful new squad.
Led by Johnsy, the Dragons also have spiritual guidance from The Preacher, as well as the backing of the entire Taj lawns bowl team, thus giving the Red Vs an unique advantage in 2008.
The Dragons performed above expectations in the PVP trials and are set to produce a team of stars in 2008. A better than even chance to be finals contenders.
