*POOL & LADDER STANDINGS
(For both Premiership and F7sWC)

1. Ladder standings are firstly decided by number of points accumulated (2 pts for a win, 1 pt for draw, 0 pts for a loss).
2. If wins are tied, then the team with the most posts moves up.
3. If wins and posts are equal, then the team with the better for-and-against moves up.
4. In the unlikely event teams are still tied, the team with greater number of 'for' points moves up.

F7s WC rule conditions:
1. Each match is 3v3 (as opposed to 5v5 in the F7s premiership). Captains will name teams of three players plus a maximum of two reserves.
2. Matches will be played over a one week period (as opposed to 10 in the F7s premiership), Sunday to Sunday with a speedy turnaround.
